Some of our reference projects:

 Family house Horní Bezděkov, private owner: House with newly insulated facade, new loft insulation, replacement of windows and doors. The total cost of reconstruction was  450  000Kč. Ecodot managed all necessary documentation for Zelena usporam, material selection, financing and tender for contractor. Total subsidy is 193 000Kč.

Family house, Prague, private owner: House with new façade insulation, winter garden and change of the roof construction. Edodot manage whole package of services for Zelena usporam and change of the roof including all necessary permiting etc. 
Total cost of reconstruction is 1 500 000Kč including other works, subsidy for works related to Zelena usporam is 220 000 Kč.

Apartment house, Prague 5: Building expected to proceed with a complete reconstruction in the total cost of 1 500 000Kč.

Ecodot completed an energy analysis, expected amount of subsidy is 500 000Kč.

Family house, Prague 4, private owner: House will be fully insulated, Client further planning PV installation on the roof. Ecodot  is providing a full service, such as audit, design, grant administration, material selection, contractor selection and PV feasibility study.

Apartment house, Kostelec: Building will proceed with the complete reconstruction of roof and façade insulation, total cost will be in the region of 1 500 000Kč.

Ecodot completed an energy analysis, expected amount of subsidy is 500 000Kč.

Apartment house, Prague 5: The house was fully refurbished, including the replacement of all windows, insulation of facade and roof. Ecodot managed the project on behalf of the Client including drawings, permitting, grant application and selection of materials.

Total cost was 1 500 000Kč, total subsidy is 500 000Kč.

12 kindergardens in Kladno, City hall of Kladno : Preparation and administration of grant applications under the Zelena usporam programme for Public Buildings. Total cost of reconstruction works is planned to be 30 000 000 Kč.

Library in Unhost, Town of Unhost: Building is in a poor condition, therefore will be reconstructed including full façade and roof insulation and replacement of windows. Ecodot managed all necessary project documentation, energy audit, and the preparation and administration of the grant application under the Zelena usporam programme for Public Buildings.

Total cost of reconstruction works is planned to be 3 000 000 Kč.
