Philosophy
Ecodot is a newly established Company specializing in helping Customers to find a proactive partner in working through the maze of information available regarding Green and Sustainable issues.
The priority of Ecodot is to give Customers clear and accurate information on the steps necessary to be taken with regard to energy saving, the availability of grants and financing of such energy saving measures.
Ecodot wishes to be your partner from A-Z through the process. Our philosophy is to communicate and inform the Customer at all stages of the Project. Ecodot will be your Partner.
Ecodot has selected a number of preferred partners who have qualified to assist Ecodot in providing customers with a first class service. These partners comprise Energy Auditors, Designers, Banks, Building Materials Suppliers and Contractors.
Ecodot will seek to work with each Customer to find the best and most affordable solution and then work with the Customer to implement the solution in conjunction with our agreed partners.
Ecodot will at all stages of the process ensure that Customers are receiving the most cost effective solutions and the Customer will always be involved in the decision making process.
Team
The Ecodot team is a small energetic team driven by the wish to make going green accessible for all Customers.
Colin Glover
A native Scot, Colin has lived in Prague for 16 years working in commercial property in the capacity of Cost Manager, Project Manager and Real Estate Developer working with such companies as Doughty Hanson, Markland Holdings and Red Group. He has over 20 years experience of delivering a first class service to Customers. He is a passionate follower of sustainable and green issues on an international basis and bring this experience to the services of Ecodot.

Ing. Eva Smolíková
A native Moravian graduated on Czech technical university in Prague. She has nearly 3 years of experience of Project Management on Developer side of Real Estate Business and 2 years of part-time experience as a designer in designer studio during her studies. She is highly self-motivated to deliver customers a very good result with using a new technologies for their houses and homes. In Ecodot she works as a specialist for grants and financing your projects.

Michal Švarc MBA
After his MBA studies Michal started to concentrate on consultancy, especially in PR and Marketing. He previously worked with Ogilvy & Mather and IBM. Michal is Sales Director at Ecodot using his experience and contacts to help Ecodot clients understand the options available to them and move forward with their plans in the most beneficial way.

Bc. Filip Kofránek
Filip succesfully completed his bachelor degree in the Faculty of civil engineering, branch Architecture and civil engineering CTU in Prague. He continues his studies towards a master degree. During his studies he worked almost 2 years in an architecture studio as a designer. Filip is very interested in passive house design and in Ecodot assists in the preparation of Project Design Documentation.
